Fifth Grade Journal Friday-Sam on Slow Dancing

Woah! That first paragraph is CURAAAAZY! I don't have any clue what I was talking about, nor do I think people every actually called me either of those two names (at least not to my face).

Awww, so disappointing that I never got to slow dance with Travis! Biggest regret of 1991. What a Duckwad I was! I wonder what song they played for the slow song. Was it "One More Try" by Timmy T? That song always used to move me to tears. Just in case you forgot, here it is:



I still find that song to be incredibly emotional. And Timmy T definitely wins the Best Lip Syncing and Outfit Award of the week! Whatever happened to him? I cannot for the life of me understand why he was a one hit wonder....

    You know what's weird? That sort of rang a bell! No one used to call you that, but "Duckwad" sounds familiar--I just can't remember the context!
