Last week, I had one of those days where it seemed nothing could go wrong! The sun was shining, the birds were chirping (or the new york equivalent: I didn't see any rats), the elevator door opened up right as I walked toward it, the doorman (who can sometimes be cold and bitter) gave me a smile and a wink, I found $10 hidden in my purse, had an amazing run on the river (didn't throw my iPod in!)...and ended the night with a delicious dinner at Socarrat Nolita with friends.....It was like a dream (except my dreams usually involve my teeth falling out, bombings, and forgetting to study for a test...so it was EVEN BETTER THAN A DREAM!!)
